First aerobics in a long time.
Felt great after the walk the wind was cold, but exhilarating.

This weekend did enough activities for two.

Achieved 32 laps of the pool, which was my original goal. Now going for 40.

I can do two rounds in 20 minutes now!
Have lost 2kg since I started the program.
At the office I dont use 10% of that energy.
Have increased my skipping speed.
Walked the dog. Great feeling afterwards. The yard looks good. I love an early Sunday morning walk!
It was a beautiful day at Balmoral Beach for a power walk.
Met my goal of two hours training each day.
Did I say rest day. I couldnt resist training!
The Step Into Shape Challenge has given me a good kick-start for training for a run in July.

Ground Force style garden renovation this weekend. Very satisfying to get the exercise and do it myself.
Fantastic day in the fresh air.

I upped my weights by 2kg per arm.

A key part of the Step Into Shape Challange is collecting feedback from participants and reporting this with weekly bulletins, awarding prizes and recognition for great efforts.
